I really like Harry’s honesty and good communication. What I wanted was not possible but I am so glad I was not sold something I would not be happy with. I quite liked this engineered floor – but as my concrete floor is not best for a floating wood floor. I decided on replacing the carpet I have. Below floor was somewhat appealing.
